Bugsy always cuddled Zeus.  Capone and Bugsy are always cuddling (you have all seen the pics).  They are inseparable.  Bugsy will still sit on Zeus, but Zeus wants nothing to do with Capone cuddles.

Xena really isn't all that cuddly to begin with, so it wasn't too surprising when she didn't want to cuddle with Dash.  They'll snuggle in the same area and touch, but not really cuddle.  Dash might be more cuddly if the dog was interested, but he's pretty good at paying attention to her signals so he doesn't push it.

I don't think my two cuddle much either.  Now if they are cold, they nearly smother each other, but the rest of the time, they might lay touching (especially on the couch) but other than that, not a lot.  Every now and then I'll see ones head laying on top the other I guess.
