I dont think she minds them...she's never gotten sick.  She will sit up and look around for awhile but then right to sleep.  Roll Eyes

Sounds like she might be kinda like Bella.  I don't think Bella really DISLIKES them....but I don't think she is 100% comfortable in the car so she usually tries to settle down fairly quickly.  She doesn't get excited about the car like Bailey does.

Sadie will sit there staring out the window, Ty likes to rest his chin on the door to look out the window (he also leaves slobber on the window) & Powie will stare out the window for a little bit then lays down & takes a nap!

the amount of slobber on my windows.  Eek! Oh I forgot to mention sometimes Strummer likes to lick and lick the windows. He'll lick for 10 mins then pass out for the rest of the ride.

If we drive to the dog park, they act like FREAKS as soon as we pull down the street- back and forth in the back seat.  dizzy2

If we are on the highway or in town Laila curls up and sleeps, because she doesn't like sounds of other vehicles around us, but if we are on isolated highways and the dirt roads out here she keeps her nose pressed to the window looking for things that might move! Viktor was terrified of car rides at first, but now he LOVES to go for rides. He sits and watches everything!

Romy and Rudy are both fine in the car, sometimes siting up and sometimes lying down in the cargo area where I make them ride.  However, Rudy isn't quite as comfortable as he was before our wreck.  He's not aggitated, but just seems a bit more wary of car rides in general.  We do use our seat harness on him if he goes any distance with us and he took to that very well.

Brody loves to go for car rides.  He gets all hyper and can't wait to get in the car!!  2 minutes later, he is laying down and sleeping like a log!  He is so awesome in the car!!

Mine have been in the car every day since we have had them.  When we picked up Capone we had to force the poor boy in the car.  He wouldn't go I had to sit with him on my lap for a while.  Now he bounces right in as soon as I say "come up" to them.

Freya always falls asleep in the car...on the floor like a good girl yes.

Moorea passes out when we get into the car.  Our Border Collie Angel doesn't.  When I stop at a traffic light Moorea pops up then when the light turns green she sleeps again.  When she is with my husband she sleeps with her head out the window.  I wish I could find the picture on that.

Bruce loves car rides w/ a passion.  He's usually very alert when we're driving around town, stopping and such.  He punches the window with his muzzle to get us to roll it down.

BUT when we hit the interstate he always immediately settles in for a nap.  I think he associates the feel of the interstate and smooth high speed with the long trips to visit my sister and parents (1-2 hours)

Ellie loves the car and she is the same, soon as we say wanna go in the car she jumps up......JJ is very travel sick in the car, still not worked out if it is the motion of the car or if he is just scared....he has never had any bad experiences with the car but it takes me ages to coax him in. Once we set off he whines and gets really runny eyes and foamy mouth.........we are working on it though and the past couple of trips to the vets in the car he has not actually been sick.
