is plain yogurt or goats milk yogurt better for the dogs? i just got samson some plain yogurt but my mom eat goats milk yogurt so i was thinking of trying it for him.

I used to give the low fat plain yogurt...Stoneyfield (i think was the name) its an organic brand. I dont know anything about goats milk yogurt...sorry.

Can't help with the goats milk yogurt...but I give non-fat plain yogurt. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Hmm, I think if goat's milk has the same active cultures as regular, it should be fine. But I've never tried it myself.

Goat's milk yogurt is just as healthy, although it can be a bit more fatening if your are trying to either maintain your dog's weight or decrease it.

Mine liked the goats milk one I used a couple times...but usually just get them the low-fat organic kind

my moms friend gives her standard poodle goats milk yogurt every morning, she says it digests better. maybe her poodle has a sensitive tummy.
