We were away for a full week for our son's wedding in Boston. Our dogs spent part of the time here at home with a sitter and part of the time away with a good friend who has sat them on several occassions. Every time my two stay with Nikki, someone gets into something they shouldn't. Last time one of them chewed up some cheap little fibrous woven placemats they snagged off the kitchen table. This time, Nikki woke up to one of them scratching on the door to go out. When she turned on the light, she saw white powder all over the floor that turned out to be flour. One of them pulled a half bag of flour off the counter and chewed it up! It could have been any of the three dogs. Hogan, Onyx or Daisy, who is Nikki's lab/pit mix. However, Onyx was the only one with FLOUR ALL OVER HER FACE AND PAWS!

Of course they all acted innocent!

I'm so lucky Nikki has a great sense of humor and laughed it off! (after taking photos, of course!) She lives in a tiny little town of 300 people. The Kwik Store is a block away from her house. One night, she let all three dogs outside together. They all stay in her yard pretty good and my dogs mind her very well. Daisy, saw something she needed to bolt after across the street in the neighbors yard and took off. My two started to take off with her but after Nikki yelled at them a couple of times they stopped before crossing the street. (there's little to no traffic on those little streets) The next morning, Nikki's fiance went to get something at the Kwik store and all the coffee drinkers teased the crap out of Scott for running out of the yard and getting in trouble with Nikki! Apparently everyone at the Kwik Store heard Nikki yelling at the dogs late the night before.
