Family walks
« on: August 19, 2013, 09:22:31 PM »
So, we don't normally take the dogs for walks around the blocks since our back hard is huge, but for the past two weekends we've taken the dogs for a walk with Evan in the stroller. Well, yesterday Evan picked up Beas' and Peas' collars and put them on them (draped over their backs) and the ran to the door while yelling Yeah yeah. It was so cute.

Since it was raining yesterday we took the dogs for a walk this evening and Evan just loves it. He watches the dogs and smiles and laughs.

:thumbsup:That is wonderful! Evan sure has grown fast and with the example that you guys set he will also grow up to be a compassionate and responsible young man.
Family walks with the dog are an amazing thing for bonding with your child/children and your dog, and for them to bond with you. (not to mention it seems to help the dog develop a sense of respect for the child/children.

Aww that is so cute!  We have been doing the walks too...except can only take one dog at a time. LOL We go half way around block with one dog, go back then get the other. They just dont walk well with each other...but walk perfectly alone.
