Yep...they are.  I know sometimes rescues take a lot of heat over being so picky and over cautious over who we adopt to but when we can find great folks like these it is worth the heat!!  :thumbsup:

I'm so sorry he had to loose his leg, but I have every confidence he will thrive all the more since he doesn't have to pack dead weight around.  At least that's the way it was with our 3 legged cat, Tuffy.  He lost his back leg and lived a strong 14 years with us.  You would never have known he didn't have a back leg until he would plop down in front of everyone to lick his butt and there was no leg (flag) to raise!   ;D  Good luck, Gatsby boy!  Have a wonderful life! :smitten:

Sad he lost his leg, but happy he has a new happy furever home. He is such a qt too :smitten:

Yay, Gatsby!  Good luck to him, and it's good that this happened to him so young so he'll adapt faster and soon not even remember ever having four legs, will just be natural to him.

That's right...because he never really even had 4 legs..just 3 and a 4th apendage that was in his way... :yes: He'll be just fine!
