Columbo's Story
« on: July 21, 2011, 01:31:51 PM »
***Graphic pics in links***

Columbo was found tied in an abandoned lot in Philadelphia with an imbedded collar and hours away from death. How could a one time show dog end up like that? It's sickening. Please read his story and help if you can.
