Barking when I walk away from him
« on: May 10, 2010, 02:09:31 PM »
Capone has developed this annoying little habit of barking when I walk out of my office.  He will sit by the door and do his shiny bark.  I thought it was just a one time thing last week, but he just did it again.  I told him to knock it off or he could spend his days ina  crate like a regular dog, but I think he knows I am bluffing.  ::)

Any ideas?

No...I give Willie a time out and it still doesn't help.  I have taught him "quiet" burt he does his barking bit to get me to praise when he is "quiet" and then does it again after the praise...like I am spose to praise him all day long.  Rather annoying...so I make him take a time out...for my sanity!  Good luck...let me know what works!

Kris-I already tried kicking him AND punching him in the head.  It's just making him dumber.  ;D

he listens when i tell him to be quiet, but I don't want him to bark to begin with.  Doesn't he know he has it made beign able to come to work with me every day?  ::)

his shiny bark.  What is this?  As opposed to a dull bark?    ;D
