LOL - surprisingly enough, there's not one! ;)  The "Simple Guide" is closest, although "Show Me" is pretty 'dummy-proof', too.

We went to a seminar of Gerge Alston several years ago. He is tough but amazing. We only had puppies when we went so we just watched and learned TONS! His book follows the class. We met several people who we now see O/H and doing very well!
