Title: Suffolk County planning on banning the sale of pets at retail Stores

This sounds like it's mostly good, but it still leaves BYBs

Seems like a good plan. They do say that they will allow them to be sold in a store if they are from a breeder in that county from what I understand.

yeah but the county is so populated that there arent a lot of places where you can have puppy mill activity (most "farms" here have been converted to agro-tourisum).  That basically leaves BYBs
