Petco Free training seminars

Last Saturday I took Jetta in for her first real training seminar.  Petco offers twice monthly training seminars free for pals members.  Last weeks was loose leash walking and week after next is manners and behavior.  My local one is also starting "yappy hour" in march- an hour long play session for adult dogs!  Jetta did so well saturday too!  She sat before greeting each person with only an occassional "jump up"  The trainer used her as examples on the three training styles and she did well, especially on the treat method (whenever the dog is near your side give treats)p.  She only really pulled when she was walked near a puppy or a child.  I was proud of her...and she calmed down to the point she layed by me after about 20 minutes (when she was a pup she'd keep going for hours!)  This coming friday they are also doing pet photograqphy witbh free sitting session and free 8x10...I'm going to have a nice picture taken with me and the pups!
