No good news yet.  But we are all still searching.  Maybe we can get them home for Christmas.

I just talked to Joyce and it occured to me that I forgot to post here.  We have been posting and emailing so much I apologize!

Hulk and Storm are home!!!!


I know some of you guys know I saw your postings and want to say thanks for all your love and support. We got them back new years day. A man saw our craigslist ad(actually grammie's-she had a team or a boxer mofia that searched the internet and posted relentlessly) and he said that his neighbors had them. He had seen both of them earlier in Nov but couldn't really get close enough to make an exact ID. Well Hulk got loose on New Years and thats when the man said he knew it was him/them. The were in a town 16 miles outside of Austin, Buda. The area was very rural and very poor. Even though this lead was far away there was such a sense of urgency I felt from this lead so we went immedietly. It was so dark outside. Since we only had a description we pulled up to what fit the profile of the house and danny and I argued about how we were going to handle this. I couldn't contain myself anymore so I jumped out with my mag light and started to call Hulk's name. The second Hulk got out of my mouth when I heard his bark. I couldn't see him but I could hear him. My mag light finally caught a glimpse of his socks then I just took off running for him. As I was running Sweet Stormy rounded the corner and I couldn't tell at first if it was her. The closer I got they were both on the chain link fence kissing. It was the best french kiss ever!! I jumped the fence and in the midst of trying to hoast Hulk over the fence to Danny the people came out. All I want to do is get them out of there; all I kept yelling was for Danny to run with them. The couple ended up being very nice. The man didn't speak good english and worked construction in austin and that is where he said he found them. We told them they were microchipped and they didn't know what that meant. Whether or not they are telling the truth we don't care-all we wanted was for them to be safe at home and they are!!!


Storms bday is on Wed so I will have to post some pics for you.

Thanks everyone for all your love and support, it brought our babies home!!

Oh Andrea...words cannot even express how happy I am for you, Danny and Hulk and Storm.  I literally burst into tears when I read that were home! What a wonderful miracle to start your new year!
