Class was GREAT last night, that was the most fun I have had in a dog class EVER.... Last week began jumps, so we went early to learn what we missed.. Ms. Aggie is a NATURAL... We started doing very small sequences... Jump, get her to the here position and table, and I would do the table different, a sit, a down, or a stand. Then I went to "touch board" (not exactly remembering what this is really called right now), and then over a jump, then to the wobble board. She did NOT like the wobble boards at first, but by the end of class was putting ALL four feet on and looking for me. We are having a blast, I wish it were warmer so that I could practice more outside with what I do have at home... Next term I may take two classes, LOL... Do you think that is TOO much?

two classes on different days should be fine . That is what I did with Titan . I know when I tried 2 classes back to back he would loose interest before the second class was done.

Glad to hear you are having fun
Taking 2 classes on 2 different days should not be too much at all. The more practise you can get in the better.

I look like a fool regardless until I get comfortable, but Aggie isn't a conformation guru
but, I wanted to do something with her, and I also like how active Agility is. It makes me feel like I am exercising, LOL

WELL, our class is finished. There is actually one more makeup, but I have to be in MD Monday so I can't make it, it is just a fun evening of playing on the "stuff"... Aggie is able to be completely off leash now during class. I just have her tab on her (which I need if someone goes through the tunnel), she LOVES the tunnel! But, her focus at the end of class was incredible, and she was tuckered out!
I cannot wait for the next series, I am pretty sure I am going to take two courses next series!!!!
She and I BOTH really enjoyed agility, more than anything I have ever done in dog sports!

Thats how I feel! We are going into our third session, but its getting hot so we will probably have half a class after the 3rd one(3 weeks instead of 6) then we have to take summertime off
but ill probably invent in some weave polls and a tunnel, and maybe build my own jumps.
Glad you guys are having a blast!

Fundamentals of Agility will be the next class we take... I already am itching to try out my little yard set of weave poles and the jump... Aggie and the puppies LOVE the tunnel, LOL...
